AI transparency statement

Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) recognises the potential for Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support innovation. This statement is part of our compliance with the Policy for the responsible use of AI in government, as adopted from 1 September 2024.

Please refer to the FSANZ Corporate Plan 2024-25 for our key activities that AI may impact over time.

The following table outlines how FSANZ currently complies with the key requirements of the policy.
